She's a hungry vampire so gore and blood is allowed, but please not too much.
If you choose to draw her in this MAIN version, please don't forget that Lapida's sclera (white of eyes) is already black and her iris (middle part of eyes) are bright glowing yellow.
In this time-frame, this vampire is the vocalist of a rock band, so she can be drawn in any clothing but please no clown costume or fetish types. Her hair can be loose or tied up, it's your call!
Thank you

"Mary had a little lamb,
whose fleece was white as snow.
And everywhere that Mary went,
the lamb was sure to go..."
- by Sarah Josepha Hale, May 24, 1830
Mary Sawyer (or Lapida, as what she wants to be called nowadays) is a pure blood vampire who does not sparkle. She loves to have lambs as "pets" and disapproves of killing them for food or clothing, although her outfit says otherwise. Surprisingly, lambs keep calm whenever around her and don't seem to mind that she's a killing machine.. She's a wolf, or in this case, a vampire in sheep's clothing!
Lapida has been hunting down Crescents for the past few centuries in the hope that she will become an immortal daywalker, but she has to use every bit of her "vampire's luck" because draining a Crescent's blood is not enough to turn her into one..

And like the famous nursery rhymes, myths about vampires tell that the said creatures live forever without aging as long as they keep to their "blood" diet and stay out of the sun, as if the creatures themselves are frozen in time. I had Lapida in mind for some time now so I took the chance to draw her..
I haven't seen a lot of art about Mary and her lamb so this makes it sort of a fan art for that poem, too.. Uh, the lamb doesn't looks like it's dead, is it?

I really love this! The dress, her expression and the colors are all amazing! And the lamb looks so cute and fluffy!
