Personality Chase has a reserved personality. He rarely laughs but he doesn't mind smiling from time to time. He does not easily trust people but has a tendency to over-attach himself to those who earned his trust. Chase is also extremely loyal to his "family". He has a strong sense of justice but is willing to do everything for his "family" even if the deed opposes his own beliefs and principles. He protects those he care for at the expense of his own safety.

History Chase's life used to be as normal as everybody else's. His father is a highly respected customs officer while his mother worked as chief cook for a large hotel in Chicago. But being born to an American father and a Japanese mother, Chase was often bullied and discriminated against in school, in his home and also in their neightborhood. One bullying incident made him lose his original left eye and his dog's life. Despite this, Chase remained good and never fought back or sought revenge to anyone. After his parents were killed in what investigators call a "car accident", Chase decides to join the mafia to find out the truth on his own. He took taxi cab driving as his cover work to gather intel from unsuspecting passengers and to ferry Vendetta members and contraband safely around the Chicago area.
